The complete Tool List, prepared and designed by William Henry Kaye
William Henry Kaye brought out an updated 'Tool List' in the mid 1940's - all the pen and ink drawings and accompanying text were prepared by him in the evenings, after a full day's work in the shop, during 1943 and 1944. The originals, from which I have scanned the facsimile version below, show an amazing steadiness of hand, with no visible corrections or re-workings, as well as a canny eye for page layout and design.
